Faith at Work Summit Launches New Global Alliance for the Future of Workplace Faith

The Summit culminated with the launch of Mission2Monday, an international Faith at Work alliance where faith goes to work. Introduced by Chuck Proudfit and Mark Greene on the final day of the conference, Mission2Monday exists to “accelerate the Faith at Work movement through a vibrant global alliance,” said Proudfit. Uniting Christians across the academy, local congregations, workplace ministries, and frontline practitioners, Mission2Monday will foster ongoing learning, collaboration, and resource sharing.

More than 400 leaders from business, ministry, education, churches, and nonprofit came together for the 2026 Faith at Work Summit, held in Mason, Ohio, to explore the future of integrating faith and work across every vocation. 

On the opening night, Mark Greene, global pioneer in the Faith at Work movement, challenged attendees to think beyond the present and challenged the church to get serious about a sustained effort in whole-life discipleship to help the faith at work movement endure for generations.
